How to repair single beam gantry crane coupling-Jinrui Machinery

The single beam gantry crane coupling is an important transmission component. In order to ensure it work normally and safely, it should be regularly repaired. The steps are as follows:

1. Check the tooth surface of the toothed coupling;

2. Check the amount of swing of the inner and outer ring gear end faces to the center line;

3. Check if the radial displacement of the coupling installation is within the error tolerance;

4. If there is no radial displacement, check if the two couplings are concentric;

5. If the two couplings are not concentric, should check the skew angle of the outer ring line;

6. The inner and outer ring end face swing amount:

diameter (40~100)mm, allowable swing amount is ±0.01;

diameter (100~200)mm, allowable swing amount is ±0.02;

diameter (200~400)mm, allowable swing amount ±0.04,;

diameter (400~800)mm, allowable swing amount is ±0.08;

diameter is (800~12000)mm, allowable swing amount is ±0.120.
