Industrial Gantry crane hoisting mechanism use and maintenan-Jinrui Machinery

1. Newly installed or removed industrial gantry crane, the hoisting mechanism should unload operation several times first. ,Note: before complete install, should not turn on the industrial gantry crane.

2. Before industrial gantry crane normal use, the hoisting mechanism should go through static load test, dynamic load test, check the mechanical transmission part, the electrical part and the connection part is normal and reliable.

3. During industrial gantry crane use, it is absolutely forbidden to use it in an unallowable environment, exceeding the rated load and the rated closing times per hour (120 times).

4. During installation and maintenance, must strictly check whether the limit device is flexible and reliable. When the hook rises to up limit position, the distance between the hoisting shell and hook must be more than 50mm (10t, 16t, 20t must be greater than 120mm). When the hook down to the lower limit position, should ensure that the safety rope reel, effective safety circle must be more than 2 laps.

5. It is not allowed to press two opposite direction buttons at the same time.

6. After working completed,must cut off the power.

7. Hoisting mechanism should be manned by professional person, regularly inspect and find the failure, take timely measures and carefully recorded.
