Semi gantry crane structure and parts

Semi gantry crane, also named single leg crane, single leg gantry crane, mainly consists of main beam, two support  legs, upper cross beam, lower cross beam, traveling mechanism, electric control, electric hoist and other components. 

Main beam is generally welded steel box-shaped structure, set up electric hoist track blow main beam.

Semi gantry crane support legs are generally welded steel plate, support legs upper and lower flange respectively connect with main beam and lower across beam with reaming bolts or high strength bolts.

Upper across beam is ordinary bridge beam, lower across beam is welded steel plate, both them install traveling mechanism.

Traveling mechanism ususlly apply separate driving, drive motors and brakes connect wheels with vertical gearbox, vertical gearbox can effectively save space.

Electric hoist is Semi gantry crane working equipment, achieve the goods lifting and cross moving.

At both ends of main beam, there install buffers to ensure hoist operation limit position, the lifting mechanism has lifting limit switch. Semi gantry crane operation mothod is ground wire controller.
