Measuring span, diagonal size, railway, cranes traveling mechanism run times to review data, tamped railway track if necessary. After reaching regulatory requirements, start load testing.
No-load hoists run along the railway track twice, make sure the brake is normal and reliable, limit switch is accurate.
Double Girder Gantry Crane traveling mechanism run three times on the track, make sure the crane go straightly, no noise and no slippage, and check whether the limit switch is accurate.
Make no-load electric hoist up, down each three times, the lifting mechanism limit switch action should be accurate and reliable.
Second, Double Girder Gantry Crane static load test
Lifting the rated load up to 100 ~ 200mm, then no shock add loading to 125%, hovering for 10 minutes, then unload, check whether the steel has permanent deformation and cracks.
Third, Double Girder Gantry Crane Dynamic Load Test
Let the electric hoist lift 110% rated load, and repeatedly lift and lower, and then start the full loading trolly running and back 3-5 times, then stop the trolly at middle of main beam, trun on the gantry crane traveling mechanism at full speed, repeatedly running two or three times, and repeatedly braking and starting to check whether traveling mechanism is reliable and accurate.
