Frequency Converter Using for Gantry Crane

After long-term using, the single girder gantry crane and double girder gantry crane maybe appear that the two electric driving motors driving is not synchronized during operation, it will cause the entire crane offset, wheels will rub with track, crane body shakes and may cause track shift.
 

Reason

The crane wheel.on two side speed is inconsistent.
 

Solution

During operation, timely adjust the motor speed to correct deflection, to make the two side wheels speed is consistent.
 

Measures

Using the frequency converter to correct the driving motor
During crane traveling, if one side wheel speed is faster or slower, causing the body to deflect, the frequency converter near motor will send a signal indicates that the motor need to slow down or speed up.
