Traveling gantry crane working level is used to measure the crane's heavy workload and full load level, the working level of the traveling gantry crane is A1 ~ A7, A1 ~ A3 is light duty level, A4 ~ A5 is intermediate duty level; A6 ~ A7 is heavy duty level.
Light duty level (A1 ~ A3) means that the traveling gantry crane rarely work under the rated load, are usually used for lifting slightly loaded goods, generally used in power plants, maintenance equipment, or infrequent workshops and warehouses and other low working frequent and small load capacity occasions.
Intermediate duty (A4-A5) indicates that the traveling gantry crane occasionally needs lift the rated load capacity, usually lift medium load materials, are often used in the heavy work workshops, warehouses, such as mechanical processing workshops.
Heavy duty (A6-A7) signify that the traveling gantry crane should often lift the heavy materials on crane rated capacity, commonly used in heavy workplaces, such as metallurgical plant operations.
It should be noted that the working level and lifting capacity of cranes is not the same concept, lifting weight is the weight of lifting materials, and work level is used to indicate traveling gantry crane performance.
