Before Single Girder Gantry Crane Machine is put into production, we need to do a trial running to test if all components can normally operate. if unusual circumstances, should immediately exclude, to avoid stopping during production. The following are the Commissioning of single girder gantry crane:
1. Empty load test
Pressing the corresponding button, check whether the mechanism action is coincide with the buttons symbols. After confirm it is correct, should continue for two cycles. Then lifting the hook up to the limit position, check if the limiter is reliable. pressing buttons, observe motor shaft axial runout, the value should be within the range of 1 ~ 2mm.
After the no-load test, if everything is normal, do the load test.
2. The static load test
Under rated voltage, lifting the weight as 1.25 times of rated load, lifting off the ground 100mm, standing for 10 minutes, then unloading, check whether there is anything wrong.
3. Dynamic Load Test
Under Rated voltage, lifting weight as 1.1 times of rated load, lift for 6s, stop and keep for 14s, lower for 6s, stop and keep for 14s, repeat this action 15 times. Check if there are visual anomalies, if no, it is qualified.
