Gantry Crane Electric Control System

Gantry crane, is a large duty lifting equipment, widely used indoor and out door, for industy manufacturing, construction, road and railway building, port loding and unloding, etc. Gantry crane inludes single girder gantry crane and double girder gantry crane. The large lifting equioment is mainly driven by electric controle system.
 

Electrical control system mainly includes crane control box (DK boxes), electric hoist control box (CD / MD box), remote control, traveling limit switch, cutout limiter, overload limiter, tie clip, towrope, hanging wire wheels, wiredrawing, flange bolts, seamless slide wire, collector, wire tightener and other components.

1. Crane control box (DK type) control the whole machine traveling front and back
2. Electric hoist control box (CD / MD type) make the hoist lifting up and down, moving left and right
3. Remote control is wireless operation control for each mechanism
4. Traveling limit switch can protect the machine to stop at railway end
5. Cutout limiter set up the rated height to protect hoist rush to main beam or floor
6. Overload limiter is a overload protection device
7. Tie clip is used to fix towrope
8. Towrope is power cable to the motor and electrical parts
9. Hanging wire wheel is used to hang crane cable;
10. The hanging wire wheels are installed at wiredrawing, so the cable can be moved along the towrope
11. Flange bolt is used to adjust towrope straightness
12. Seamless slide wire is crane machine main power supply
13. Collector is power supply component through slide wire
14. Wire tightener is to guarantee the straightness and flatness of slide wire
