Industrial gantry crane monthly inspection-Jinrui Machinery

Industrial gantry crane monthly inspection includes:

1. Check whether the anchor bolts of motors, reducers, angle bearings, etc are secure, and should be tightened one by one.

2. Check the contact condition and wear degree of wire-wound motor's lubricating ring and carbon brush, replace the worn carbon brush.

3. Check the wire rope surface wear situation, broken wire, lubrication conditions and platen bolts tightening.

4. Check the working condition of each limit switch shaft and inject oil to lubricate.

5. Check the lubrication condition of each device, and take measures to repair or replace the oil leakage parts.

6. Check the wear situation of wire nozzles insulation layer.

7. Check the winding and wear condition of the wire rope, timely repalce and lubricate the pulley.
