Stent spacing
Single line "H" type 300A below ≤ 1.5M, more than 400A ≤ 3M, multi-line seamless trolley line 1.0-1.5M, catheter type 1.0-1.5M, cable pulley type 1.0-2.0M, arc segment bracket spacing should be <1.0M according to the scene.
Suspension pieces
Position is correct, firm installation, the number meet the requirements.
Trolley Slide Wire body
1. Protective shell and conductor clearance should be ≤ 2mm.
2. Straightness: Height tolerance to the track center < 15mm.
3. Straightness: Longitudinal tolerance to the track center < 15mm.
4. Twist: <15mm / 10m.
Expansion device
1. The number meet rules.
2. The gap distance should meet the maximum temperature difference caused by the installation site.
Electric Collector
1. Square steel frame weld firmly, the center line and the sliding line vertical tolerance < 3mm.
2. Square steel bracket and the trolley line size, should ensure the collector arm and the sliding line should be parallel, tolerance < 3mm.
3. The collector and sliding line move smoothly, and conform them meet the specified pressure.
Fastener
The fastening nut torque shall be in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended value, M10-28NM, M8-12NM, M6-6.5NM
Power line
The power line input point should not bear the pull.
