Single girder gantry cranes are mainly composed of trolleys, gantry frame, crane running and electrical equipment. The gantry frame includes main beam, upper beam, lower beam, saddle, outrigger and ladder platform. The main beam adopts derailing box-shaped structure, and the leg and lower beam form type A. According to the requirements of use, the gantry frame is generally with one or two cantilever arms. If no cantilever arm, there is no the saddle.

* The upper part of the main beam is used for the walking platform, and the conductive vertical frame of the railing and the trolley is installed on the upper cover of the main beam.

* The lifting trolley consists of the small frame, hoisting mechanism and trolley running mechanism. The small frame is welded by steel plates to place the working mechanism. The hoisting mechanism is used for vertically lifting and lowering articles, and is composed of the transmission device (electric motor, speed reducer, brake, etc.) and winding device (reel set, wire rope, pulley block, hook group, etc.).

* The trolley running mechanism adopts a centralized transmission, is composed of motor, reducer, brake, gear coupling and wheel set.

* The running mechanism of the crane adopts separate transmission, and the trolley type is adopted when it is large tonnage and large span.

* Both the trolley and crane operating mechanism are equipped with rain cover.

* All working mechanism control is operated in the driver's cab. The cab is enclosed structure, with adjustable seat, tempered glass, fire extinguisher and electric fan. It can be equipped with air conditioner, alarm, walkie-talkie and other items according to user requirements.

* In addition to the control equipment for operating the crane, the driver's cab is equipped with main power emergency switch, power indicator light and overload limiter display instrument.

* There is a ladder platform outside the door, and an inclined ladder leading to the bridge platform for the maintenance personnel.

* The hoisting mechanism and operating mechanism are equipped with limit switches, overcurrent protection, zero protection, emergency switch, door interlock switch, electric bell prompt and overload protection.
