L type gantry cranes installation procedures-Jinrui Machinery

Detailed installation procedures for the L type gantry cranes are follows:

1. Connect the segments of main beam in the air; ( the small span L type gantry cranes need no this)

2. Connect the drive trolley with the lower beam; ( L type gantry cranes which capacity is under 32T need no this)

3. Fix the lower beam on the track;

4. Install the support legs;

5. Lifting and install the main beam to connect with the support legs;

6. Lifting and install the L type gantry cranes trolley in the right place;

7. Install the joints and small pieces equipment;

8. Install the driver's cabin.
