Fifth, the gantry crane electrical equipment inspection
The Gantry Crane always work in a shock, vibration and swing condition, so its electrical equipment is easy to be broken, especially in high temperature, dusty, humid environment, more prone to failure and caused accidents. 
Therefore, it is important to pay attention to the Gantry Crane electrical part safety inspection.
 
1. The electrical system must pay attention to whether the motor insulation resistance is in the normal range, there is abnormal noise when running, the temperature rise is normal or not.
2. When stop, check whether the slip ring, brush, wire connector has obvious cracks, wear, loose and attached toner or not.
3. Check whether the current collector, power supply line has eformation, wear or not, whther tension device is normal, whether the contact between slide wire and slider is good.
4. Check whether the electrical components and control system switch shell is damaged or not, when switch on, the contact pressure is appropriate or not, the fuse capacity meet the requirements or not.
5. Check the contactor main contact and auxiliary contact is with singeing or not, whether the contact pressure is sufficient, the contact is disengaged completely or not.
6. Check whether there is dust on the contactor  iron core suction surface or not, has abnormal sound or not when pull-up, the arc cover is intact or not.
7. Check whether the power cabinet relay work is normal, the terminal, the wiring screw tighten good or not.
8. Check whether the cab controller is working correctly, has zero position protection 
 or not, and check whether there is an emergency power-off switch, and confirm whether the power supply can be cut off effectively in case of an emergency.
9. Check the sensitivity of the torque limiter, overload limiter and travel protection.
