Fourth, the components and parts inspection

1. The brake inspection

The brake is an important part of gantry crane, directly affect the gantry crane movement of accuracy and reliability. Therefore, must carefully check the lifting, traveling and luffing mechanism brake, observe the brake opening and friction components. Belt brake should pay attention to check whether there is crack on brake steel backing, brake transmission is flexible or not, the brakes are intact and springs elasticity meet the requirements or not.

2. Reducer inspection

Check the reducer whether there is oil spill, when running, with or without abnormal sound. In general, there is abnormal sound because of bearing problems, too large gear meshing backlash, gear tooth serious wear and other reasons.

3. Wire rope and pulley inspection

Check whether the wire rope has wear, broken wire, kink and corrosion, etc, To the serious wear, broken wire but not yet exceeded the limit, do the mark, in order to recheck; Check the wire rope safety limiter is effective or not, and the cable clamp on the reel is tightened.

The key point of pulley inspection is checking whether the bottom wear is excessive, the cast iron pulley has cracks or not.

4. Coupling inspection

Check whether the coupling loose or even "rolling key." Focus on checking whether the rubber ring of flexible pillar pin coupling is abnormal wear or not, tooth-shaped coupling should pay special attention to the gear wear. If the installation precision is poor, and there is a large offset between the two bearing, the gear ring will soon be bald, and maybe cause serious accident.
