The reason
1. The pulsation of hydraulic pump of mobile gantry crane will cause the pressure at the pump outlet and the pipeline to pulsate, resulting in fluid noise.
2. The noise is generated by the pressure shock of the trapped oil zone and the backflow of the plunger pump.
3. When the air dissolved in the oil drops to the air separation pressure by the crane pressure, the air separates from the oil to form bubbles, which generate noise when bubbles enter the high pressure chamber.
Solution
1. To design the oil distribution zone of the distribution plate more reasonable.
2. Use a larger diameter suction pipe and apply a hydraulic pump with higher self-priming performance.
3. Install a muffler at the outlet of the pump; use a hydraulic pump with a lower speed, provided that ensure the power and flow meet the mobile gantry crane required; use a large capacity oil suction filter ensures that the hydraulic pump does not suck.
